Hi Jim,

Now that the dust has settled from our wonderful trip to Thailand, I’ve found 5 minutes to send you a quick mail.  

I want to start by thanking you very very much for all your professional organising, especially I want to say thanks for the way you handled the issue of St. Andrews, I had a group of very unhappy golfers on my hands, and you managed to turn it around with a great result.  

I would now like to thank "Rocky" how good is this man, always on time, sorted all the caddies, there when we finished, put the clubs away, drove quickly and safely everywhere – what a star.
 
So once again thanks very much Jim, I will have no hesitation recommending you should anybody ask about golf in Thailand.
 
By the way the lads have already started saying about next year, the only thing is they would prefer a quieter resort!! If you do have any ideas on prices for the same sort of deal but a quieter resort I would appreciate it.
