Jim, just completed the customer service questionaire and wanted to add a couple of things.

All 8 of us on our recent trip agreed that the service provided was excellent, and from my own point of view, from the first E-mail to returning home, absolutely brilliant.

Our driver  AK, was superb, very friendly, helpful nothing was too much trouble and without doubt a great advert for your company.

We will most certainly be using your services again, and after the good selling job by AK, we will be heading for Changmai next time.

Thank you once again for excellent servioce all round, and all of us are looking forward to the next trip.
