Tour Operator Sales Lead Coordination Manager

Job Brief:

We are on the lookout for a Sales Lead Coordination Manager who is meticulous, highly organized, and possesses a notable flair for communication and customer service. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and distributing incoming leads, engaging with our clientele to refine their requests, and working in tandem with our marketing and business development teams to refine lead generation strategies. A background in (golf) travel, particularly within Southeast Asia, coupled with sales and marketing acumen, will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently process, categorize, and assign all incoming sales leads from webforms, emails, and chat to the appropriate sales team member.
  • Initiate communication with clients to clarify their needs or gather additional information, ensuring a smooth transition to sales consultations.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, identifying successful strategies and areas for improvement in lead generation.
  • Maintain and periodically update customer records to ensure accuracy and relevancy.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer feedback, sharing insights with internal teams to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Generate and submit detailed monthly reports on lead distribution and outcomes, offering a transparent overview of the sales funnel.
  • Stay up to date on new developments within the golf travel sector, including emerging destinations, suppliers, and courses, enriching the knowledge base for team and customers alike.


Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role, preferably within the sales or marketing domain of the travel industry.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken, is essential for engaging with our global clientele.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office suite, with an ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
  • A strong understanding of sales performance metrics and the ability to interpret these metrics to optimize sales strategies.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with an aptitude for multitasking and meeting tight deadlines without compromising the quality of work.
  • A collaborative team player who brings dedication and enthusiasm to the role.
  • A certification or degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A keen interest in golf, combined with a solid understanding of the travel industry, particularly in the context of inbound travel to Southeast Asia.
