Reservations Executives for Golf Tour Operator

Job Description: Asia’s most prominent and fastest-growing golf tour operator seeks junior and senior reservations executives to support our golf tour business. Our company, located in Ekamai (Bangkok), sees rapid business growth and seeks energetic high potential staff. Duties:

• Confirm bookings according to quotations and clients’ preferences
• Issue quotations per client inquiries
• Interface with overseas agents for new bookings
• Generate itineraries and communicate directly to end clients and agents
• Liaison with the operations department to ensure service arrangements according to itineraries
• Ensure client satisfaction and that golf tours exceed expectations

Experience required:

• Four or more years in the tourism industry
• A tour operator, hotel, or destination management company experience preferred
• Fluent in written and oral English and Thai
• Proficient with the use of computers, including Microsoft Office and the Internet
• Strong customer service abilities
