Tournament Itinerary

10.00 – 10.45	Golf academy with your golf professional at the driving range.
11.00 – 12.00	Registration, Pre-Tournament Reception Your opportunity to meet the golf professional you will be playing with and to enjoy a pre-tournament snack. Deep Fried Wantan Bags, Assorted Finger Sandwiches Orange Juice, Fresh Fruits, Coffee or Tea
12.30	First groups tee off from holes number 1

Tournament Format

The tournament will be a pro-am team event with the professionals score and the best net score of the other three team members recorded to formulate a team score, the golf professional will be responsible for recording his score and the best ball score, the winning team will be the team who records the lowest aggregate score over the 18 holes played. There will be four prize holes, a “nearest the pin” and “longest drive” hole on the front and back nine, the professionals will not be eligible in this competition.

Tournament Administration

Golfasian will take care of all tournament organisation and administration prior to and during the event, the client to provide a list of players names and their golf handicaps one week prior to the event, the client to advise of teams 1-5 and the relevant professional one week prior to the event. Golfasian will provide a tournament briefing document that will be given to all players on arrival at the course, this document will advise of the tournament format and rules, the team groupings and tee off times. The document will also advise of the holes for the Nearest the Pin and Longest Drive awards, Golfasian will be responsible for the provision of markers for Nearest the Pin and Longest Drive holes.

Tournament Prizes

Team Prize: Thai Ceramic golf trophy for the three team members. Pro Prizes: 1st THB 30,000 – 2nd THB 10,000 – 3rd-4th-5th – THB 5,000 Nearest the pin / Longest Drive: 4 Thai Ceramic trophies.

Professional Fees

Each participating professional will receive THB 10,000 appearance money, therefore the minimum each professional will receive will be THB 15,000 for the day.
