The Dalat at 1200 Country Club
Located between 1,050 and 1,500 meters above sea level, the climate of the course is ideal for Bentgrass greens and Bermuda fairways. Daytime highs reach only 25 degrees Centigrade, which not only promotes top conditioning but also makes for comfortable year-round playing conditions.
The natural landscape and course layout make use of native pine trees, small streams, lakes, and waterfalls that meander through the grounds. Additional local flowers and bushes have been planted to frame each hole and provide unique challenges and different scenic views.
The holes have long green to tee distances and significant elevation changes between them, so golf carts are mandatory even for golf professionals.
A small but functional clubhouse sits between the two nine-hole courses and adequately serves golfers' needs as well as a golf academy with large, covered driving range bays with Bent grass putting. Besides the golf course, The Dalat at 1200 will include a large resort and private housing complex with villas and condominiums. Four resort hotels, an equestrian center, activity centers, and a tennis academy are also in the pipeline.

The Dalat at 1200 Country Club is situated 15 minutes from the Dalat Airport. The combined effort of Peter Rousseau (P&Z design) and Kyi Hla Han (Asian Tour), the alpine course is sprawled across 2,100 acres of a hilly pine tree forest with a 450-acre natural spring-fed lake at its center. The fresh alpine air, hilly surrounds and temperate weather give the site a mountainous feel more reminiscent of Switzerland than Vietnam. The Dalat at 1200 was the first course in Vietnam to officially host the KLPGA in 2015 where over 100 female professional players competed.
