Fontana and Apollon Korea Country Club
The club, built in 2012, is a massive 36-hole golf course that is internationally run and managed by Korean companies.
Two types of grass cover the fairways: Carabao and Zoysia. Experience golf in the bowl-shaped fairways and enormous greens that genuinely make this golf course an enjoyable playing challenge.
The golf club’s 441-yard signature hole is number 16. The hole is long and designed in the shape of a Korean, with the green symbolizing the beautiful Jeju Island. It would be best if you accurately aimed your first shot off the tee to play here.
Hole Number 18’s green and bunker have been designed to create Korea’s national flag.
There is also a short 9-hole course that is only 1,896 yards and designed over rolling terrain, which helps to add a bit of challenge to the course, even if you are not a beginner. It also has small and well-maintained elevated greens.
The three-story clubhouse has a balcony that offers a breathtaking view of the course's uniqueness. The club's facilities include a pro shop, pool, lockers, spa, driving range, restaurant, lounge, and VIP suite.
Although it is not up there with the best, it still offers a fun day out on a golf course.
