Air Force City is a relatively short course at 6,179 yards, and has a flat layout, with well-maintained Carabao grassed fairways and greens. Don’t be fooled, however, by their flat fairways, as they are known to be relatively unforgiving and slow.

The Cebu Country Club, which is the oldest golf course in Cebu, was established, by expatriates, among them American, British and Spanish back in 1928. The club initially only had nine-holes until the early 1960s, when another nine holes added to make it 18, with a Par 71.

During the colonization period, the takeover of the Spaniards in the country led to the creation of the “Walled City” called Intramuros. Construction of the walls were built to prevent foreign invaders from crashing in.

Roughly a two and half hour drive from Manila, or just 52 minutes North of Angeles City, Luisita Golf and Country Club is one of the oldest golf courses in the country, having opened for play in 1967.
