Batam Hills Golf Resort
(pleasant parkland and jungle course)
Batam Hills Golf Resort, previously Paradise Bay Golf Club, was renovated in 2006 and is located in the Waterfront City area of Batam Island. The Max Wheeler par-72 course design playing to 6,225 meters is not long but does have a variety of holes to challenge all golfers. In the past, the Batam golf course wasn’t well-maintained, but recently, conditions are much improved.

Tering Bay Golf & Country Club coastal setting offers beautiful ocean views as its located on a 167-hectare site overlooking the picturesque bay north of Batam. The Batam golf course is 5 minutes from Nongsapura ferry terminal or 30 minutes from Batam Center.
Designed by Greg Norman, the 18 hole par-72 course at Tering Bay opened for play in 1995 and stretches to over 6,400 meters.

Indah Puri Golf Resort

Indah Puri Golf Resort enjoys a good reputation as one of the most scenic Batam golf courses. The Ron Fream designed course opened in 1993, plays across 120 hectares, and challenges all golfers. Indah Puri location near to Batam Center and Sekupang and it convent for golfers traveling by ferry from Singapore.
Padang Golf Sukajadi
(flattish course maintained to good standards)
Padang Golf Sukajadi is an 18 hole par-72 course near to Batam center. The layout originally conceived by golf course designer Thomson, Wolveridge & Perrett in the late 1980s. However, due to a sluggish economy, the Batam golf course did not open until 2009 when a local architect and land developers redeveloped it.
Palm Springs Golf & Country Club
(excellent course with elevation changes and scenic views)
Palm Springs Golf & Country Club is the closest Batam golf course to Singapore and part of a large 224-hectare property complex in the corner of the island. When arriving at Nongsapura Ferry Terminal, it’s a 5-minute ride to the clubhouse which overlooks a very pretty palm-fringed beach — situated with spectacular views of Nongsa beach with Singapore skyscrapers in the background. The 27-hole hole golf course designed by Larry Nelson of Nelson & Hayworth and IMG.

Southlinks Country Club
(beautiful course over rolling terrain)
SouthLinks Country Club in central Batam offers 18-holes of golf suitable for golfers of all abilities. The Batam golf resort sits on 213 hectares of elevated ground adjacent to the Sei Ladi reservoir.
The original 1996 Japanese designed course was laid out on mostly flat land with the routing of holes out-and-back.
