Aye Thar Yar Golf Resort is near Taunggya which is approximately thirty minutes from Heho Airport or twenty on the road Northeast of Inle Lake. The resort sits about 3000 feet high above the sea level in the famous highlands of the Shan State in the South. It receives lovely and refreshing breeze all the year, and beautiful mountains and valley sceneries surround the golf resort.

The 18-hole Gary Player designed Pun Hlaing Golf Club opened in 2000 and is situated 12 kilometers west of Yangon, gateway to Myanmar. Pun Hlaing Golf Club is often referred to as the ‘Pride of Myanmar’ and has played host to some tournaments in the region, including the Myanmar Masters Tour in 2008 and 2009 and Myanmar Open in 2017 and 2018.  This 7,012-yard championship course is enjoyable for every golfer, from beginners to the most experienced.

Royal Mingalardon Golf & Country Club is one of the best, with eighteen holes par 70 international standard measurements for golf courses in Yangon (7,200 yards). The expansive 286-acre club is situated 6 and 20 kilometers from Yangon International and the city center. Each hole has an individual identity created exclusively using differing water features, mature landscape, and strategic bunkering.

The Shwe Mann Taung Golf Resort includes an 18 hole golf course only 15 minutes from the heart of Mandalay on a hill that overlooks the Golden Palace grounds. The course from British colonial times was the first of the old courses in Myanmar to be renovated. Shwe Mann Tuang now boasts a modern parkland layout with up-to-date turf and irrigation.

Yangon City Golf Resort, commonly known as YCDC Golf Club, has two eighteen-hole golf courses. The first eighteen holes course has been given the name Ngwe Thaw Tar/ silver and opened in the year 1994. The course plays 7000 yards from the tips.

Yangon Golf Club is one of the oldest clubs in Myanmar. The British established this club in 1909 by an unknown designer. However, the club has transited ages till today and is frequently updated to give golfers great experience.
