Part of the IOI Resort, Palm Garden, is a 30-minute drive from the Kuala Lumpur city center. The club embarked on a major exercise in 2009, which saw the emergence of 18 new holes designed by talented course architect Ted Parslow.

The Course is sand-capped (i.e., good drainage), and golfers will find there are a lot of undulations, mounds, and swales. A lot of natural boulders and rocks that were dug up were reused to add to the aesthetics of the design. When one plays here, they will feel that they are playing in another country.

On-site facilities include large clubhouse, chipping and putting greens, grass driving range, and well-stocked pro shop and locker rooms.

Palm Garden Golf Club is an excellent high-quality Kuala Lumpur golf course with resonable green fees. This well-mainttained Malaysia golf course is easliy accessible and an enjoyable experience for all levels of golfers.

Can't resist to comment on this entirely wrong description. Palm Garden GC has been renovated over 3 years and now only has 18 holes, but these are certainly among the best you find in Malaysia. The course is beautiful in rather easy from the white Tees. Unfortunately it is also one of the most expensive courses in Malaysia. Caddies are mandatory, but are of low quality.
