As you press the remote control, the gates automatically slide open as you drive into the grounds of this high walled, luxurious, architect designed four bedroom Villa all with their own en-suite facilities. Set in landscaped gardens beautifully planted offering space to relax, spread out and enjoy, at the rear a large private South facing pool greets you with that special touch of an inbuilt hot tub.

To the left of the Villa is an independently built Sala with bar, additional television and music system for your outdoor pleasure.
Enjoy, relax by the pool, romantic dinners under the stars or let us arrange tours or activities of your choice.

Covered parking with additional parking for two other vehicles, the extensive gardens are set to lawn with exotic plants making this Villa a truly tropical paradise.

There is a fully equipped modern European kitchen, for those that wish to practice their culinary skills. Outside Sala including a bar with seating (sorry not stocked) as well as comfortable lounging suite.
Table and chairs outside the lounge overlooks the pool for a great relaxing atmosphere.

Daily maid service is included, our Thai cook available on request .
Catered BBQ or DIY BBQ available. Golf tours with transportation arranged.

A basic welcome pack to get you started is provided.

Bedrooms all include large walk-in wardrobes, dressing tables and have en-suite shower rooms. Master suite includes en-suite shower, bath and a safe.

All rooms fully air conditioned.

Spacious living room offers a 42" LCD television, DVD and surround sound system, leather 3 piece suite with glass coffee table.

Super modern Kitchen includes gas cooker, microwave, kettle , toaster, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron & ironing board.

Dining room is palatial seating six adults in style - opens out into the spacious living area.

The swimming pool has covered seating and table area and can be viewed from the living area and two of the bedrooms across the manicured lawn we recommend the Sala for eating a lazy breakfast.

The pool also has a Jacuzzi.
