Artitaya Golf & Resort Kanchanaburi (former Nichigo Golf Resort & Country Club)
The Nichigo Resort & Country Club was designed and opened in 1992 and is considered to be very spacious. Without a doubt the course is one of the best in the area and is very eye catching. What makes this gold course rather unique amongst other golf courses in Thailand is that the fairways use imported Noshiba grass from Korea. The greens are covered by Bermuda Tif dwarf and is always fast. The clubhouse is rustic however there are many other amenities in the area. Nichigo Golf Course at the River Kwai is a a good all round golf course.

Grand Prix Golf Club
The Grand Prix Golf Club is a spectacular 18-hole golf course located 30 minutes-drive from Kanchanaburi and 2 hours-drive from Bangkok. With breathtaking panoramic views of Burmese mountain ranges, it is widely considered to be one of Thailand’s finest courses. Created in 2011 by the Thai organiser of the Bangkok Motor Show, all 18 holes have been sponsored by leading automobile companies, enabling this country course measuring 7,111 yards to be kept in top notch condition year-round. A large river bisects the course and adds to the natural scenery. Many of the holes offer numerous options to reach the greens and are beautifully moulded around undulating fairways. A stand-out hole is number 6, an interesting par 4 with an option for big hitters to go for the tiny green surrounded by water, however numerous bunkers make it quite challenging to achieve. The signature hole is the par-5, 5th which also happens to be the longest hole on the course at 557 yards. It plays to a large elevated green which is surrounded by water on three sides. Three perfectly executed shots still won’t guarantee par. The modern, well-appointed clubhouse enjoys an elevated position and is the perfect place to sit and enjoy a cold beer whilst watching the sun set over the nearby Burmese mountains
